Natalie has more than 15 years of customer service experience and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is an avid reader, coffee connoisseur and world traveler. In her time away from work, Natalie enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her family and volunteering with the local Make-A-Wish chapter.
