Kelli Jorgensen

Kelli Jorgensen is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Benefits & Payroll Manager at National Indemnity Company since June 2021, and as the Director of People Resources at Think Whole Person Healthcare Aksarben since August 2019. Additionally, Kelli holds a position as an adjunct professor at Bellevue University, teaching compensation and benefits management courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels since October 2016. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at LPP, where Kelli established HR policies for a startup, a consultant role as a self-employed professional, Vice President of HR Solutions at Mosaic from 2003 to March 2018, and Director of Benefits and Compensation at Bethphage from 1992 to 2003. Kelli Jorgensen holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska - Omaha and two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
