Mario García

Mario García is an experienced professional in talent management and transformation, currently serving as a Consultor de Talento y Transformación at Think&Action since February 2020. With a strong background in human resources, Mario has previously worked with Verne Technology Group and Grupo ASV, focusing on talent development and assessment. Additionally, Mario is actively engaged as a mentee in the Rescatadores de Talento program at Fundació Princesa de Girona and holds the position of President at Asociación Jóvenes con Valores. Mario is also recognized for co-founding Patro Sánchez, where responsibilities included developing commercial networks. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Universitat d'Alacant and a Bachelor's in Psychology from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, complemented by musical training from the Conservatorio Profesional de Música.
