Amy Franqueira

Amy Franqueira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital banking and customer support. Currently serving as a Digital Banking Specialist at Think Bank since September 2010, Amy promotes awareness of digital products and communicates effectively with staff regarding new features. Previously, as a Customer Support Manager, Amy led a team to enhance customer interactions and executed the company’s mission. Additionally, Amy has experience as a Banker, analyzing customer financial needs, and as a Personal Banker/Teller at Associated Bank, overseeing branch operations and staff training. Early in the career, Amy directed youth ministries at Evangel United Methodist Church, managing programs and developing educational curricula. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Theology from Brunel University London.
