Michelle Arbaugh

Michelle Arbaugh began their work experience in 2013 as a Rates Consultant at MedStar Health. In 2016, they transitioned to Randstad Professionals US, where they held the role of Staffing Consultant until 2021. In the same year, Michelle joined ThinkBig Networks, first as a Director of Business Development, and later as the Director of Sales and Business Development. At ThinkBig Networks, they focused on expanding their fiber optic services to underserved areas in Maryland.

Michelle Arbaugh completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Policy at Washington and Lee University from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Masters of Health Science in Health Finance and Management at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, from 1998 to 1999.
