Cicely Hong

Cicely Hong's work experience begins in 2013 as an Outreach Manager for the UCI Student Alumni Association, where they organized tasks and built relationships with businesses and organizations. In 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at iBank, conducting interviews and assisting with funding for financial and small businesses. Later that year, they became a General Assistant at the University of California, Irvine Extension, organizing student records and helping create educational courses. In 2015, Cicely served as a Speech & Debate Coach for Young Ambassadors, developing a curriculum and organizing showcase events. In 2016, they worked as a Brand Ambassador at Adobe and as a Private Wealth Management Assistant at Goldman Sachs. Cicely also served as a Field Study Intern at UC Irvine, utilizing graphic design skills and leading programs for survivors of assault. In 2017, Cicely was a Marketing Project Coordinator at Westfield, engaging with external brands and implementing new design and organization processes. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at SmileDirectClub, starting as a Field Project Specialist and progressing to the roles of Project Coordinator, Project Lead, and eventually Regional Project Manager. In these positions, they managed project scopes, developed detailed plans, coordinated with teams and vendors, and achieved promotions through their strong leadership and organizational skills. In 2020, Cicely joined Thinkbox Technology Group as a Consultant.

Cicely Hong attended UC Irvine from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Cicely also obtained a Certification in Diversity and Training in June 2015. In addition, they are currently pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
