Rachel Raulins

Rachel Raulins is an experienced insurance professional with a diverse background in claims management and customer service. Currently serving as an Associate Client Manager at CCIG since February 2018, Rachel has previously held several roles including Personal Lines Account Manager and Commercial Property Claims Representative at The Hartford. Rachel's career began at Travelers Insurance Company, where operational improvements were made as a Unit Manager in the Property Claims Department. With additional experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Allstate Insurance Company, Rachel has developed strong skills in customer relations, claims resolution, and appraisal management, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of South Dakota and certifications in real estate appraisal and paralegal studies.
