Andy Wu has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andy started their career as a Software Developer at Seiko Epson Corporation, Japan, where they worked on projects involving smart interactive projectors. Andy then moved on to Tokyo University, where they worked as a Research Associate, conducting research on cartilage and bone tissue engineering. During this time, they also managed the laboratory and mentored students.

Andy then joined Teijin as a Business Development professional, where they analyzed unmet medical needs in the Japanese home healthcare sector and worked on business planning and technology transfer of innovative medical solutions. Andy also sourced and conducted due diligence on deals.

After Teijin, Andy joined L.E.K. Consulting as a Life Science Specialist, where they worked on strategy consulting for various clients, including big pharmas, specialty pharmas, med techs, and biotechs.
