Emma O'Leary has a comprehensive work experience spanning various industries. Emma started their career as a Property Officer and Sales and Marketing Administrator at PRDnationwide Bondi Junction in 2003. Emma then worked as a Technical Assistant in Administration at Arup before becoming an Office Manager at Mountain Warehouse. In 2007, they joined the Department of Treasury and Finance as an Executive Assistant to the Director. Emma also had a brief travel role before transitioning to Naked Communications as an Experience Manager. Emma later moved to Cummins&Partners as a People & Culture / Executive Assistant. In 2016, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Signal™ before taking on their current role as the Head of People and Culture at THINKERBELL PTY LTD.

Emma O'Leary's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Grenadi School of Design. Emma completed a Certificate III in Printing and Graphic Arts (Multimedia) in 2010, specializing in Graphic Design.
