John Capano, PhD, serves as the Director of AI Strategy and Innovation at ThinkGen since September 2025, following a tenure as Head of Innovation and Technology at Magnolia Innovation. Extensive experience includes roles as a Senior Associate Consultant, where advanced market intelligence techniques were developed and AI integration initiatives were spearheaded, and earlier positions that involved significant research and teaching contributions at Brown University and the National Science Foundation. John Capano holds a PhD and MS in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Brown University and a BS in Biology from Dickinson College, complemented by an AS in Liberal Studies.
