Pawel Zytkiewicz

Pawel Zytkiewicz is an experienced electrical engineer and designer currently serving as the Head of Design Engineering at Think Hire since July 2020. In this role, Pawel has designed and built electrical installations for innovative products in the Sustainable Off-grid Power range, including the world's first adaptable solar hybrid generators and a unique solar hybrid unit with a glycerine-powered backup generator. Prior to Think Hire, Pawel held various electrician positions, gaining expertise in inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems across multiple industries. Educational qualifications include a C&G 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations from Salford City College and previous training as an electrician in Poland.
