Shannon Hughes

Shannon Hughes has a diverse and extensive work experience in software development and project management. Shannon started their career at Citizens Bank as a SixSigma Intern, where they gained valuable experience in streamlining processes and working with clients. Shannon then moved on to become an Applications Programmer, focusing on workflow and process automation using technologies such as classic ASP, SQL, JavaScript, and SSIS.

After that, Shannon joined Swimfish, Inc as a Software Developer, where they specialized in extending LexisNexus' InterAction CRM platform. Shannon used C#, Webforms, SQL, and jQuery to create custom solutions for clients on top of their existing CRM platforms.

Later, Shannon joined Thinklogic, Inc as a Software Developer and gradually moved up to the role of Senior Software Developer and eventually Director of Software Development. In these roles, they led projects, served as a technical resource for the development team, and managed client relationships.
