Erin Sullivan has extensive work experience in project management, business process improvement, and enterprise systems implementation projects. Erin is currently the Vice President of Services Delivery at Thinkmax, where they oversee all Dynamics 365 (F/O) and Digital mandates and ensures successful project delivery with high customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Erin served as the Director of Professional Services and Manager at Thinkmax, where they were responsible for the quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations and the growth and management of resources. Before joining Thinkmax, Erin worked as a Program Manager at Gildan and held various roles at CAE, including Group Leader - Governance and Support, Strategic Business Analyst, and CRM - System Analyst. Erin also worked independently as an Independent Consultant/Analyst, where they maintained working relationships with past clients and worked on Baan personalizations and interfaces. Erin's career began at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where they served as a Lead Technical Consultant and created additional Baan functionality, personalized existing Baan ERP functionality, and trained users in Baan ERP.
Erin Sullivan completed their DEC in Science at Dawson College in 1994. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Concordia University, which they completed in 1998.
