Boris Fucic

Boris Fucic has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Boris most recently worked at ThinkOn Inc. as the Director of Project Delivery and Business Transformation. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Service Delivery, Director of Product, and Senior Project Manager at the same company.

Before joining ThinkOn Inc., Boris founded Serenity Labs Inc. in 2015. Boris also worked at Enercare Inc. as a Senior Manager in Application Production Support and held managerial positions in IT Procurement and Vendor Management.

Additionally, Boris worked as an Advisor at Veresume and as a Project Manager at Thomson Reuters. Boris also served as a Project Manager at Elections Ontario.

Earlier in their career, Boris worked at Enbridge Gas Distribution and Power where they held the role of Sr. Project Manager. Boris was responsible for overseeing IT operational and project activities related to Customer Care. Boris successfully implemented a large-scale SAP upgrade, led a multi-million dollar upgrade project, and spearheaded several other initiatives resulting in significant cost savings.

Boris also has experience as a Co-Founder at AcuteRed, an Implementation Consultant / Project Manager at SteriPro Canada, and as an Engagement Manager at eBRP Solutions Network, Inc.

Boris Fucic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance and Law from Ryerson University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Boris then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies & Strategy, at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Boris has also obtained several certifications including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials and Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations from the Scrum Alliance in July 2022. Boris became a ScrumMaster certified by the Scrum Alliance in September 2016 and also holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute since September 2015. Furthermore, Boris acquired the ICS 400 certification from the Justice Institute of British Columbia in July 2013 and became an Associate Business Continuity Professional certified by DRI International in May 2012.
