Kiran Paul

Kiran Paul is a seasoned business and technical analyst with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at ThinkPalm Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since November 2021, Kiran previously worked as an Applications Analyst at IPC Europe, focusing on Dynamics CRM applications and liaising between business and development teams. Prior experience includes roles at Yum! Restaurants International, where responsibilities ranged from implementing EPOS solutions to providing technical support for over 800 stores. Kiran also contributed to the enhancement of card payment systems as an EFT Support Analyst. Early in the career, Kiran provided technical support as a Support Engineer at Prudent Technologies.
