Andrea Hofmann

Andrea Hofmann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Andrea has been working at Thinkproject since 2016, starting as a Product Marketing Manager and later transitioning to the role of Head of Product Management. In their current position, Andrea is responsible for managing the product lifecycle of TP CDE, a cloud-based SaaS platform for project management. Andrea oversees the development of product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, as well as the recruitment and development of an agile product management team. Andrea also handles international stakeholder management and works closely with customers to identify their needs and develop features accordingly. Prior to their time at Thinkproject, Andrea worked at EDR Software GmbH as a Senior Consultant from 2008 to 2016. Andrea also has previous experience at Nemetschek Group, where they worked in Training & Consulting and Customer Service roles, and at W.I.L.I. Marketing AG as a Training & Consulting specialist. Andrea began their career as a Bauzeichner at Hochbauamt der Stadt Aschaffenburg.

Andrea Hofmann completed their education as a draftswoman at Hochbauamt der Stadt Aschaffenburg from 1996 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Bachelor Professional of Marketing CCI degree in Marketing at IHK München from 2012 to 2014.
