William Shiland

Mr. Shiland is Director of Research-Investments Rexford Management (a/k/a Marcus Schloss & Co) Lawyer and senior investment officer for family-owned investment funds. His multi-industry focus with particular attention to companies undergoing significant corporate events, such as mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and spin-offs. He is also experienced with activist situations, deep value names and distressed credits. He went to Reed College and holds a BA in Psychology.
