Vignesh Dhanasekaran

Vignesh Dhanasekaran is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and analysis within customer experience and robotics. Currently serving at Thinkster Math since February 2020, Vignesh has successfully managed cross-functional teams, significantly improving resolution times for customer support issues. As the Founder and Head of Maker Lab Operations at INRO Labs from December 2017 to January 2020, Vignesh directed operations across multiple branches and led students to notable success in international robotics competitions. Previous experience includes a role as a Technology Scouting Analyst at SP ROBOTIC WORKS, contributing to the development of robotics kits and content creation. Early career experience includes event coordination at Tejas Institute of Fine Arts. Vignesh holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Aarupadai Veedu Institute Of Technology.
