Mashael Alomar

Mashael AlOmar is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Planning & Excellence at THIQAH since September 2021. Responsibilities include overseeing project management, corporate development, and performance management within the organization. Mashael has also held roles such as Acting Governance Team Leader, where corporate governance implementation and board report preparation were key tasks, and Deputy CEO positions focusing on workforce planning and budget reporting. Currently, Mashael works as the Audit & Governance Committee Secretary for a confidential organization, ensuring effective governance implementation and documentation processes. Prior experience includes serving as an Internal Review Specialist and Medical Education Coordinator at King Khalid University Hospital, where accreditation standards and training program management were primary duties.
