Rasheed Alhugbani

Rasheed AlHugbani is an experienced Senior Product Delivery Manager at THIQAH Business Services since September 2021, previously serving as a Project Manager. Prior to this role, Rasheed held a Project Manager position at Tamkeen Technologies from July 2019 to September 2021 and completed an internship in the EPMO at Saudi Railway Company in early 2018.
