Cass Rossow

Cass Rossow is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Technician at THIRA Health since August 2023. Previously, Cass gained valuable experience at Starbucks as a Barista Trainer from June 2022 to August 2023 and worked as a Youth Advocate and Case Manager at Northwest Youth Services between July 2021 and May 2022. Cass also held roles as a Home Care Aide and Home Care Intern at Cascade Connections from May 2020 to July 2021. Cass is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University, expected to be completed in April 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western Washington University, earned in 2021.
