Jennifer Tillman, MA, LMHCA, currently serves as a Primary Therapist at THIRA Health since October 2022, following a role as an Advanced Practicum Therapist at the same organization from September 2021 to August 2022, where Jennifer focused on delivering Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to teens and young adults in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient settings under the supervision of Dr. Kathryn Korslund. Previously, Jennifer gained valuable experience at Seattle Children's from March 2015 to August 2021 in various roles including Training Clinic Coordinator for Outpatient Psychiatry and Pediatric Mental Health Specialist, where responsibilities included triaging referrals and providing direct patient care. Jennifer's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Child and Adolescent Psychology from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University. Early experience in the field included roles as a Day Camp Counselor and Administrative Assistant for the City of Federal Way and a Student Worker at Pacific Lutheran University's Counseling Center and Disability Support Services.
