Victor Cardenas is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and logistics. Currently serving as Terminal Operations Manager at Third Coast since August 2021, Victor demonstrates a strong track record in balancing manufacturing processes with business needs while driving continuous improvement across distribution and production planning among multiple branches in Texas. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Valley Solvents and Chemicals, where Victor oversaw operations, enhanced communication between branches, and maintained a safety-first culture with zero accidents. Victor also held various positions at Chemical Specialists & Development/Nexeo, successfully managing manufacturing operations and implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University–Central Texas and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Lone Star College, complementing a robust foundation in operational management and strategic planning.
