Juaneal Ballard

Juaneal Ballard is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and desktop support. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Third Federal since May 2016, Juaneal maintains the Microsoft Suite of solutions and utilizes all four aspects of System Center. Previous roles include VDI Engineer at PNC, where research and implementation of virtual desktop environments were primary responsibilities, and Desktop Engineer at American Greetings, tasked with managing over 4000 PCs. Juaneal's background also includes contracting roles focusing on Windows 7 deployment and equipment replacement at various banks and organizations. Additional experience spans from on-site desktop support at Philips Healthcare to lead hardware technician at Greater Cleveland RTA, demonstrating proficiency in managing diverse IT challenges across multiple sectors.
