Kellie Jeffers

Kellie Jeffers has extensive experience in customer care and project management, currently serving as Customer Care Experience Manager and Project Manager at Third Federal since August 2018. Prior to this role, Kellie held various positions at Nationwide Insurance from July 2004 to June 2016, including Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Product Specialist, Senior Product Analyst, and Marketing Analyst. Kellie holds an MBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University, obtained between 2005 and 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications and Business from Elon University, completed in 2004.
