Natalie Holles

Natalie Holles has worked in the life sciences industry for over 20 years. Natalie began their career in 2001 as Director of Business Development at InterMune. In 2005, they moved to KAI Pharmaceuticals as Vice President of Business Development. Natalie then moved to NCH Consulting LLC in 2010, where they provided life sciences corporate development consulting. In 2012, they became Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Immune Design. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Hyperion Therapeutics. In 2015, they joined Audentes Therapeutics as President and Chief Executive Officer, and was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in the same year. In 2020, they joined Allakos Inc as a Director. In 2021, they joined Day One Biopharmaceuticals as a Director and Third Harmonic Bio as Chief Executive Officer.

Natalie Holles has an AB in Human Biology from Stanford University and a MA in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
