David Smith

David Smith is an experienced professional in the health care and business sectors, currently serving as the Founder of Third Horizon Strategies and Podcast Host at Cost of Care since 2018 and 2021, respectively. Previously, David held the position of Medicaid Transformation Project Executive at AVIA and was a Chief Development Officer at Leavitt Partners, where responsibilities included client relationships and business development across the Midwest.
