Mindy Klowden

Mindy Klowden, M.N.M., is an accomplished national consultant and leader specializing in behavioral health and integrated care. Currently serving as Managing Director for Behavioral Health at Third Horizon Strategies since January 2021, Mindy oversees the consulting practice areas and strategy related to community health. Previous roles include Senior Director at THS, where Mindy managed client relationships and provided strategic consulting services, and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council, focusing on sustainable funding and policy advocacy. Mindy's extensive experience includes leadership positions at organizations like the National Council for Behavioral Health and the Jefferson Center for Mental Health. With a BA in Sociology from Colorado College and a Masters of Nonprofit Management from Regis University, Mindy is also recognized for contributions to community development and health initiatives throughout their career.
