Heath Hawkins

Heath Hawkins is an experienced professional in multifamily development, currently serving as the President of Multifamily Development at Third Lake Development, LLC since January 2021. Prior to this role, Heath was Vice President of Development at SOUTHEAST CAPITAL COMPANIES from June 2018 to December 2020, and held the position of Vice President of Multifamily Development at Core Property Capital from January 2017 to June 2018. Additionally, Heath gained valuable experience in land acquisitions during a decade-long tenure at Davis Development, from May 2006 to December 2016.
