Arina Varlamova started their work experience in 2017 as a Laboratory Assistant at ISPRAS (Russian Academy of Sciences). In this role, they worked from October 2017 to May 2019.

In 2020, Arina joined BostonGene as a Junior bioinformatics analyst. Arina held this position from March 2020 to December 2020. Later, they became a Computer Vision Engineer at the same company, starting in December 2020. As a Computer Vision Engineer, Arina focused on the development of segmentation algorithms for histological images, as well as an automated cell classification approach. Arina also collaborated with leading American hospitals and institutions, managed annotation teams, and developed tools for internal needs. Arina held this role until September 2022.

Currently, Arina works at Third Opinion AI as a Computer Vision Engineer, starting from October 2022.

Arina Varlamova has a strong educational background in computer science and mathematics. Arina recently completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2019 to 2023. Prior to their doctoral studies, they obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from MSU, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Arina also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from MSU, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Arina Varlamova has obtained certification in "Introduction to Machine Learning" from Coursera in July 2019.
