Carly Friedman

Carly Friedman has a robust background in group dynamics and organizational effectiveness, focusing on enhancing team experiences to foster shared goals. Previously, Carly worked in various roles including a Course Assistant for the University of Michigan Summer Bridge Program, a Fellow at Urban Prep Academies, and an Assistant Director at Penn Medicine's Center for Community Health Workers. Most recently, Carly serves as the Director of the Strategy & Programs Team, partnering with mission-driven leaders to elevate organizational impact. Carly holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.
