Catherine McGowen

Catherine (Cath) McGowen is a talented professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior Director, Talent and Portfolio Recruiting, and Recruiting Consultant at Third Rock Ventures since May 2021, McGowen has previously held significant positions such as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, and Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from December 2015 to March 2021.
