Stacey Hero

Stacey Hero currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Third Rock Ventures, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this, Stacey was the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at LifeMine Therapeutics from February 2024 to July 2025. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development and Chief of Staff at ElevateBio, as well as a Consultant and Life Sciences Specialist at L.E.K. Consulting, where engagements focused on strategy and commercial assessments for mid to large cap biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Earlier in the career, Stacey worked as a Senior Project Scientist at Unilever and as a Senior Research Scientist at Yale University, where a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering was earned. Education includes a BSE in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Duke University and study abroad experience at the University of London.
