Chasity Kelly

Chasity Kelly has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as a Risk Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist at Third Street Family Health Services since September 2013, where previous roles included Registered Medical Assistant. Chasity also worked as a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) at GAASH HOME HEALTH CARE, LLC from April 2019 to July 2020. Educational accomplishments include a degree in Medical Assisting from the Ross Medical Education Center in Ontario, Ohio, completed in 2013, and a STNA certification from the Companions of Ontario Nurse Aide Training Center in 2017.
