Pillai Hariharan

Pillai Hariharan serves as the Head of Operations and General Manager of Business Operations at Third Wave Coffee since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Business Operations Manager at Americana Restaurants (Hardees) from April 2022 to June 2022 and nearly a decade at McDonald's, where responsibilities included Deputy General Manager Operations, Senior Operations Manager, and Manager Operations from April 2013 to June 2022. Pillai holds a Post Graduate Program in Management Studies (PGPMS) from Wellinkars Mumbai (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University (2002-Present).
