Jim Baer

Jim Baer is an experienced finance professional with a background in accounting and finance management. Currently serving as the Finance Accounting Manager at Third Way Center since April 2022, Jim previously held the position of Supply Analyst at Suncor Energy, where responsibilities included preparing monthly accounting entries and reviewing extensive inventory data. Prior roles include Senior Accountant at Duquesne Light Company, where Jim developed budget frameworks and dashboards, and Senior Staff Accountant at Anadarko Petroleum, overseeing financial reporting for significant capital projects. Additionally, Jim has experience from Allegheny Energy, Inc. as an Accountant and from Dominion Resources, Inc. as a Lead Accountant, managing accounting processes across multiple entities. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from PennWest California.
