Paul Thaler

Paul Thaler has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on clinical operations and strategy. Paul is currently serving as the VP of Clinical Operations and Strategy at ThirdWaveRx since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ADC Therapeutics as the Director of Medical Affairs Strategy & Operations from June 2021 to February 2023, and as the Associate Director of Medical Affairs Strategy & Operations from August 2020 to June 2021. Before joining ADC Therapeutics, Paul held the position of Associate Director of Global Medical Affairs Operations at Incyte from March 2020 to August 2020. Paul also worked at Celgene as the Manager of Clinical Trial Operations Oncology from October 2018 to March 2020, and as the Principal Clinical Trial Associate from December 2015 to September 2018. Prior to Celgene, they worked at NYU Langone Health as the Manager of Research Compliance and Conflict of Interest from March 2015 to December 2015, and as the Regulatory Affairs Manager from May 2011 to March 2015. Paul started their career at Mount Sinai Health System, where they served as a Regulatory Compliance Associate from December 2009 to May 2011, and as a Clinical Research Coordinator from October 2006 to December 2009. Before entering the healthcare industry, Paul pursued various assignments and Pre-Health studies from 2003 to 2006.

Paul Thaler has a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Paul also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with Honors in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
