Alicia Naidoo

Alicia Naidoo is a results-driven finance professional with over 14 years of progressive experience in finance, operations, and management. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Thirst Bar Services since August 2022, Alicia previously held the position of Finance Manager at Mastercare SA and held roles including Executive Director/Financial Director at Surge Technology from 2004 to 2017. Alicia is highly skilled in identifying key business areas for process improvement and developing strategies that align with organizational goals. Alicia holds a Bcom in Management from the University of South Africa, achieved between 2007 and 2012, and completed secondary education at Southlands Secondary, graduating in 1998.
