Alyssa (Potolsky) Mandel has a diverse work experience across various industries. Alyssa started their career as a Corporate Development Intern at JPMorgan Chase, where they updated and maintained fund databases and analyzed investment data. Alyssa then worked at Citi as a VP in Product Management, where they conducted research surveys, resolved operational inefficiencies, and tracked cash redemption behavior. At The Mount Sinai Hospital, Alyssa served as a Care Standardization Intern, leading initiatives to improve patient care and reduce readmissions through data analysis and program implementation. Alyssa later joined the Hospital for Special Surgery, initially as a Partnerships & Strategy Manager and then as a Senior Product Manager, where they oversaw virtual care services, implemented a Remote Second Opinion program, and led product strategy and roadmap. Currently, Alyssa is the Strategy & Operations Lead at Thirty Madison, responsible for launching the company's sleep business.

Alyssa (Potolsky) Mandel holds a Master of Public Administration - MPA degree in Health Policy & Management from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019.
