Hayley Miller

Hayley Miller is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in metabolic health and telemedicine. Currently serving as the Medical Director for Metabolic Health at Thirty Madison since April 2024, Hayley has developed and implemented a comprehensive clinical program for asynchronous telehealth services. Prior to this role, Hayley worked as a Telemedicine Physician at Thirty Madison and Nurx, and has held similar positions at Hims & Hers, emphasizing quality virtual care. As the Founder and CEO of Mountain States Diabetes since March 2021, Hayley has established a comprehensive metabolic health service line. Earlier career roles include serving as a Physician in Internal Medicine and Diabetes and Metabolism at various healthcare organizations, alongside leadership positions such as Medical Director at St. John's Medical Center. Hayley holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Wyoming.
