Helen Carlile

Helen Carlile is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and molecular biology. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Project Manager at ThirtyFiveBio since August 2021, Helen is part of a stealth-mode biotech firm. Previously, as Systems Lead at The Good Exchange from April 2014 to July 2021, Helen designed and implemented a successful fundraising platform, delivering significant charitable funding and achieving notable awards for innovation and community impact. Additional experience includes founding Purple Poppy Design, directing Carlile Consulting Ltd, and working as a Molecular Biologist at Boehringer Ingelheim and SmithKline Beecham Corporation. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science Honors in Genetics, Molecular Biology & Statistics from the University of Glasgow, as well as a Diploma in Web Design from Avado.
