Lambert van Hulst has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Lambert began their career as the Chief Operating Officer at Fulfillment Express, Inc., where they oversaw daily operations and played a key role in business development strategies and client acquisition. Lambert then founded their own consultancy firm, VHECON, where they provided operational advice and contract negotiations for companies in the e-commerce sector.

Afterward, Lambert served as the Manager of Business Development and e-Commerce Services at Freightways Distriservices B.V., where they expanded market share by introducing e-fulfillment and e-commerce services. Lambert also implemented operational changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lambert later joined Essential Living Foods as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing multiple departments and playing a critical role in implementing a new ERP system, managing the company's relocation, establishing GMP systems, and increasing output and revenue significantly.

Lambert then served as the Interim COO at American Naturals Company, where they oversaw warehouse operations, production, procurement, compliance, and customer service during a period of expansion.

Lambert's next role was as the Vice President at Binnenhof Construction Inc, a kitchen specialist company. Lambert played a pivotal role in implementing business processes, HR policies, and accounting best practices to support the company's rapid expansion.

Following this, Lambert joined Happiest Baby, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, contributing to the development of the company's innovative smart sleeper technology for soothing babies.

Lambert then took on dual roles at Tenzo Tea, first as an Advisor to the CEO, providing guidance on investment strategies, product development, and other operational aspects, and later as the COO, working directly with tea farmers in Japan to provide high-quality matcha products.

Lambert'smost recent position is as the VP of Operations at This Saves Lives, a social impact company focused on providing life-saving food to children in need.

In addition to their professional experiences, Lambert also holds a leadership position with the Civil Air Patrol, where they are the Deputy Commander Cadets, overseeing the transformation of young individuals into dynamic Americans and Aerospace leaders.

Lambert van Hulst completed their high school education at RSG Oud Beijerland from 1989 to 1996, where they obtained their VWO degree. Following this, they enrolled in the European Business Programme from 1996 to 2002, earning both a Bachelor's and Licentiate degree in International Management.
