Drex DeFord serves as President of the 229 Cyber & Risk Community and hosts the “UnHack (the podcast)” and “Two-Minute Drill” at This Week Health, where a mission to transform healthcare through connections is prioritized. As the founder and Healthcare IT Strategy Consultant for drexio innovation network since 2015, Drex provides executive innovation and leadership advice across the healthcare sector. Previous roles include Executive Healthcare Strategist at CrowdStrike and participation on advisory boards for various organizations, driving improvements in cybersecurity and supply chain solutions. Drex holds multiple degrees, including an MSHI in Health Informatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a BS in Business and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
