Lexi Cotcamp is a marketing professional with extensive experience in both the food industry and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at THISBOWL FISHBOWL since May 2025, Lexi previously held multiple key positions at Impossible Foods from June 2017 to May 2025, including Director of International Marketing and Brand Management, where responsibilities included launching the brand in new international markets and leading retail marketing efforts for the Impossible™ Burger. Earlier experience encompasses roles at Google, where Lexi contributed to marketing transformations for Google for Nonprofits and directed strategic initiatives with significant budget management. Additional career highlights include consulting for nonprofits, developing marketing strategies for startups, and managing product marketing initiatives at companies such as sweetgreen. Lexi holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Management from Georgetown University, complemented by a French minor.
