David Israel

David Israel has a strong background in the real estate industry, with extensive experience in various roles at different companies. David is currently the Senior Managing Director at MARK, where they lead the Investment and Asset Management teams. Prior to this, David worked at Thor Equities for nine years, where they were promoted to Co-Head of Global Acquisitions and Head of Global Capital Markets. David has also held positions at Fidelity Investments, HQ Capital, Property Group Partners, and DRA Advisors, where they gained valuable experience in investment evaluation, financial modeling, and acquisition strategies.

David Israel attended UC Santa Barbara from 1991 to 1993, although they did not earn a degree or major in any particular field of study. David later pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Global Management at the University of San Francisco from 1993 to 1995.
