Nick Russell

Nick Russell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Nick began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Goldman Sachs in 1999 and went on to hold various roles within the company, including Associate and Counsel, Executive Director and Counsel, and Executive Director and Senior Counsel. In 2012, they joined Capula Investment Management LLP as a Senior Counsel before moving to Cross Ocean Partners in 2015, where they served as the European General Counsel. In 2017, Russell joined HENDERSON PARK CAPITAL PARTNERS UK LLP as the Managing Director and General Counsel. Finally, in 2024, they became the Managing Director and General Counsel at MARK.

Nick Russell obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Nick then attended the Inns of Court School of Law from 1997 to 1998 to complete the Bar Vocational Course.
