Amy Santiago

Amy Santiago has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amy is currently working at Spiro as the Director of People & Culture, where they are responsible for creating global events and experiences. Prior to this, they worked as a People Operations Business Partner at the same company. Before joining Spiro, Amy worked at BriteCore as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Amy also gained experience as a Talent Coordinator at Waban Projects, Inc. and as a Recruiter at Zolon Tech Inc. In addition, Amy has held roles such as HR Coordinator and Accounts Payables at Standard of New England, LLC, and as an Office Manager at Merrimack Eye Care, LLC. Amy started their career as a General Manager at Microtel Inn and Suites.

Amy Santiago obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Services, General from Lasell University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University, attending from 2015 to 2018.
