Debbie Kaplan is the Global Chief Agency Operations Officer at Spiro, where they focus on driving operational excellence and growth strategies for creative agencies. With extensive experience in the marketing industry, Debbie served as Managing Director and Chief Delivery Officer at Mosaic North America and previously held leadership roles at Stadiumred Group, VMLY&R COMMERCE, and Ogilvy. They built award-winning experiential marketing organizations and cultivated high-performance teams, significantly increasing revenue and brand loyalty for major clients such as E&J Gallo and American Airlines. Debbie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
