Cyndi Demick

Cyndi Demick has extensive work experience in various industries. Cyndi is currently serving as the Senior Director of Body & Home at Thistle Farms since August 2020. Prior to this, they were the Company Owner of Mamakea, their own business, since August 2015.

In the past, Demick worked as the Strategic Development Manager/Client Executive at Power Engineers (Food Division) from May 2013 to July 2015. Cyndi also held the position of VP Manufacturing at Ronnoco Coffee LLC from November 2001 to February 2013.

Demick's earlier roles include Engineering Manager at Borden Foods from April 2000 to August 2001 and Key Account Manager/Project Manager at Sebesta Blomberg & Associates from April 1997 to April 2000. During their time at Sebesta Blomberg & Associates, they played a significant role in developing and managing major accounts, expanding services, and leading successful projects.

Before that, Demick worked as a Project Manager/Case Manager at Daniel P. Finney, Attorney at Law from November 1993 to April 1997. Cyndi started their career at Kraft Foods, where they held various positions, including Plant Manager, from March 1987 to March 1993. At Kraft Foods, Demick was recognized for being the youngest plant manager and for implementing continuous improvement principles, resulting in significant gains in yield and conversion rate.

Cyndi began their professional journey as a Production Superintendent/Project Engineer at Raskas Foods Inc from August 1984 to February 1987.

Cyndi Demick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology between the years 1980 and 1984. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, with Summa Cum Laude honors, from Webster University from 2009 to 2012, specializing in General Business.
