Hanna Smiddy

Hanna Smiddy has held several positions in the social services field since 2010. Hanna began their career as a Support Service Provider at East Tenth United Methodist Children & Youth Center in 2010. Hanna then moved to the John H Boner Community Center in 2011, where they served as an Academic Enrichment Coordinator. In 2014, they worked as an After School Program Staff Lead at A New Leaf and a Youth Care Worker at Tumbleweed Center for Youth Development. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at House of Refuge (Mesa, AZ) in two roles: Community Engagement Coordinator and Children's Case Manager & Community Center Coordinator. In 2021, they began their current role as a Customer Support Specialist at Thistle.

Hanna Smiddy earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and French from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Rift Valley Academy from 2000 to 2007.
